Help our users get genuine value out of SiloAI. You will be the human face of the product β answering questions, onboarding new teams, and making sure every interaction leaves people more capable than before.
Work Etiquette & Expectations
You are expected to be online and ready at your agreed start time. Lateness without notice reflects poorly on the team.
Reply to team messages within 2 hours during your working window. Brief check-in messages before and after your shift are expected.
Submit a short end-of-shift summary covering what you handled, any unresolved issues, and notes for the next rep.
User data, internal tooling, and business conversations are strictly confidential. Do not share or screenshot any customer information.
You must be comfortable with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or equivalent) and able to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues independently.
We hold weekly async reviews. You are expected to flag recurring issues, suggest improvements, and keep your knowledge of the product current.
